PAYMENT METHODS
We use Stripe and PayPal for fully secured payment processing. Bear in mind, some of these payment methods are only available to customers in specific regions, and transaction fees may vary. If you have questions about a specific payment method, do not hesitate to ask us.
Hand-produced prints are made after an order is placed. Your credit card will be charged immediately once you commision work officially (i.e. purchase the fine-art print).
SHIPPING POLICY
Fine art prints are delivered in sturdy cardboard tubes, normally within 8-12 days of purchase. They are sent fully insured and trackable. Our standard shipping fee is $18. For smaller parcels such as calendars, fee for post & ship is $12.50 worldwide, however they will not be trackable.
RETURN POLICY
Prints are custom-made upon orders and each print is purely unique. However, if you should not be satisfied with your fine art print it is returnable with full refund for the print. In such case the product is to be sent as a trackable parcel. The cost for postage will come on the buyer.
