What about framing?
We absolutely recommend framing your purchased artwork and would be happy to offer the service. However this option is only available for pickup at our store in Stockholm at this time. Send an inquiry if you would like us to help you with framing! Otherwise we strongly recommend using a proffesional framing service at your location.

How long is the delivery time of my purchased print?

Delivery within Europe is normally 8-12 Days, the rest of the world 10-14 days. 

How will my purchased print be shipped?  
We use UPS for most countries. Parcel will be shipped trackable and fully insured. Smaller parcels such as calendars are sent with regular mail.   

To which countries do you ship? 
We ship to most countries.

What is your shipping rates?     
We charge only for the actual rate calculated per gram and insurance.  Europe, USA, Japan and Asia postage is $18, smaller parcels $12.50 .

How to Track my order?  
Immediately after print has been shipped we will send a tracking number.   

When will my credit card be charged?
Hand-produced prints are made after an order is placed. Your credit card will be charged immediately once you commision work officially (i.e. purchase the fine-art print).


How will my fine art-print be packed?  
We pay a lot of attention to make sure your purchased fine art print will arrive to you in the same perfect condition as it left us. We use tubes for prints larger than 16-20 inch. For smaller prints we use heavy duty flat packages.   

What is your return policy?
Prints are custom-made upon orders and each print is purely unique. However, if you should not be satisfied with your fine art print it is returnable with full refund for the print. In such case the product is to be sent as a trackable parcel. The cost for postage will come on the buyer.
